Shipping Policy

At Back Nine Irrigation, we strive to process and ship all orders within three business days of receiving your order.

While we work hard to meet this timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to product availability, order volume, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

We believe in being open and honest with our customers. If we experience any issue that may delay your order, we will contact you directly by email and provide a realistic estimated turnaround time.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Shipping transit times begin once the order has been picked up by the carrier and are separate from our processing time.
