Order Cancellation Policy

At Back Nine Irrigation, we work quickly to process and ship every order. Because of this, we ask that any cancellation requests be made as soon as possible.

Cancellation Requests

Orders canceled before shipment are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. This fee helps cover payment processing, administrative costs, and order preparation.

Orders That Have Shipped

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or reversed. If you have questions about a shipped order, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist you.
